My wife and I have just returned from San Antonio, Texas, where our younger son graduated from college. The morning after graduation, we flew home while he and his wife and their two-year old son drove north to Kentucky, where our son will do his medical residency. They are expecting twin sons in October, which would do me in, but they are taking it in stride, facing these developments with good cheer and optimism.
