Barbara Gardner was the first woman ever elected to the Harmony School Board and only a day before her swearing-in was starting to regret that distinction. While she appreciated the teachers and staff, the weak link in Harmony’s chain of education were her fellow school board members, specifically two MAGA kooks, both of whom homeschooled their children, so in Barbara’s opinion had no business serving on a public-school board.
